Strata 22 is a universal brazing alloy that bonds well to many metals including steel, copper and brass. The special elements employed in the alloy give it excellent capillary action, high electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Strata 22 has a narrow plastic range which will allow it to fill gaps and repair long lap joints. Because of this low melting point and excellent flow characteristics it is ideal for those applications where high temperatures may be detrimental to the work piece.

Bonding temperature : 593°C - 621°C (1,150°F – 1,200°F)
Tensile strength: 358 MPa (52,000 p.s.i.)
Electrical conductivity: Good
Corrosion resistance: Good
