STRATA G.T.7 will gouge, bevel or cut all metals and is excellent for the removal of stainless steel joints and overlays.  
The special exothermic coating produces intense heat and blast energy facilitating the rapid removal of metal.
 
Excess metal and slag present no difficulty during operation as the stable and powerful arc force removes them from the operational zone. Consequently, cutting and piercing may be carried out in vertical and overhead positions, as well as the horizontal.
A slow burn-off rate allows more cutting to be achieved per electrode and the arc stability is maintained whilst piercing any material- thick or thin.
The electrodes can be used in any standard electrode holder and requires no special equipment, oxygen or compressed air. Any welder proficient in the use of conventional welding electrodes can adapt to the use of Strata G.T.7.
 
Application
Typical applications are cutting or piercing metals which are not easily cut by oxy-acetylene equipment.  These include nickel, bronze, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, bolts, rivets, etc.
